Our Yoga Shala Patan aims to create a yoga community in lalitpur and Kathmandu. We offer yoga classes in a number of different styles at our Yoga Shala, including Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, and restorative yoga. We are happy to help advise and guide you towards a yogic path that will benefit your physical and mental health and meet your personal goals. We also offer a variety of yoga retreats in Nepal at various locations. Our regular 2 night / 3 days weekend yoga retreats in Kathmandu are our most popular offering, taking you out of the hustle and bustle of city life. We also offer retreats at local mountain monasteries and resorts. Join our Kathmandu yoga community and feel the difference in your life! We also offer yoga classes in Thamel and membership cards are valid for our all yoga studios in Kathmandu
