Monastery Yoga Retreats: Nepal Meditation Retreats

Monastery yoga retreats, which are most commonly known as meditation retreats in Nepal, are the best choice for those who want to learn and practice yoga and have Buddhist life experience in Nepal. Nepal is the land of Buddha and Buddhism, as the Buddha was born in Nepal. Our monastery yoga retreats are mainly focused on Buddhist techniques of meditation, Buddhist philosophy, and yoga classes for Hindu Sanatan lifestyles. Meditation is the process of going into the self-inner world. When we close our eyes, meditation does not happen by itself; for that, we need bodily cleansing and yoga asana practice so that the body can easily sit in a posture for a long time. When one has a disciplined, strong, and balanced body, then only we can go inside the mind. Our Nepal Meditation Retreats in Nepal are based on the concept of doing yoga and meditation in Buddhist monasteries in Nepal. Meditation yoga are not separate things, whereas meditation is part of yoga. In our Nepal meditation retreats, we take you to a place that is surrounded by Buddhist monasteries. We practice meditation and yoga in a place where the aura of the location is spiritual and peaceful. We have such a great opportunity to spend time with child and adult monks, as well as with Guru Rimpoche, who lives in the Buddhist monasteries in Nepal. Nepal meditation retreats are mainly for those who are searching for internal peace, internal happiness, and something higher than just yoga asana. In our Nepal meditation retreats staying in Buddhist monasteries, we try to know first our body, breath, and mind, and then we try to know something beyond body, breath, and mind. We welcome all levels in our Nepal meditation retreats and guide them to know their eternal journey of life in this body and life beyond this physical body. We are waiting eagerly to welcome you to our Nepal meditation retreats. For the retreats, we depart from our locations: Yoga Shala Patan, Kanchan Yoga Ashram Thamel, and Charak Yoga Studio Thamel.

Namaste!

About Nepal Meditation Retreats Location

Pharping is a highly spiritual place in both Buddhist and Hindu traditions. Located in the southern area of Kathmandu Valley, 21 kilometers away from Thamel, Pharping lies on the way to the Dakshin Kali.
