Lead Teacher Buddhi Bal Rana
I am a yog researcher cum teacher and have completed Master in “Yogic science and holistic health”(completely therapeutic based) from Dev Sanskriti University, Haridwar India since 2009. After completion of M.Sc. I have been engrossed in yogic practice, luckily I got a chance to get a deeper insight on it through engagement in extensive research (getting a chance to work with one of best yog researcher of world named Dr. Shirley Telles) while working as a Senior Research Fellowin Patanjali Yogpeeth, Haridwar, India. So, I hold few publication in standard international journals revealing the efficacy of yog. In this span of yogic practices I got glimpses of power of mind, glimpse of real experiences of meditation and the experience of slow and gradual inner awakening and all the effective surmounting technique for the bewildering setback or hindrance which dissipate the power of mind consequently the body. And finally a real goal of life as per to Swami Vivekananda became clear for me i.e., manifesting the divinity within either externally or internally, for me it should be both (it is the requirement of this era) and “each soul is potentially divine”.
I am also certified teacher of Marishi Arvind of “Path of Divine Life”, Maharashtra, India. Which teaches the new stream of yog called “bhutashuddhi Kriya” means “cellular awakening or five basic-element cleansing technique” and “Guru Kriya” taught to teacher Marishi Arvind by the Rishi of Himalaya during his journey and aspiration on those region.
