Swami Prem Maneesh

Kabindra Rajthala, also known as Yogi Kabindra is a seasoned yoga teacher with over 16 years of dedicated practice and teaching experience. He has studied classical yoga at esteemed institutions, including the Bihar School of Yoga in India, since 2007. Kabindra has completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher’s Training with registered with Yoga Alliance, and holds a diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy from Nepal Sanskrit University (Balmiki Campus) . A journey of Holistic Learning Kabindra’s spiritual journey led him to become a Neo Osho Sannyasin in 2009, inspired by the teachings of Osho. He has also completed Reiki III A and B (Master Degree) under the guidance of Dr. Yogi Vikasananda. His expertise encompasses various meditation techniques, including Dynamic Meditation, Kundalini Meditation, Vipassana, and Transcendental Meditation .  Teaching Philosophy At Kanchan Yoga Nepal, Kabindra leads Ashtanga Yoga classes with a focus on discipline and breath synchronization. He also conducts Hatha Yoga sessions, emphasizing alignment and mindfulness. Dr. Swekriti Lamichhane, BAMS, IOM, TU

Ayurvedic Physician & Yoga Anatomy Educator

Dr. Swekriti Lamichhane is a dedicated Ayurvedic physician and yoga anatomy educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS). With a strong foundation in both traditional and modern health sciences, she adopts a holistic approach to understanding the human body through the lenses of Ayurveda, anatomy, and yoga.

Professional Experience

Dr. Lamichhane has actively contributed to the wellness sector, collaborating with renowned wellness resorts where she designs and facilitates Ayurvedic lifestyle programs, conducts individual consultations, and leads healing and yoga-based wellness sessions for guests from diverse backgrounds.

In the Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program, she leads the Anatomy & Physiology module, guiding students to connect the science of movement with the philosophy of yoga and the principles of Ayurveda. Her sessions emphasize cultivating awareness of how anatomy supports alignment, safety, and the therapeutic aspects of yoga practice.

Kanchan Singh 

Born into a family deeply rooted in yogic traditions in Nepal’s Baitadi District and the sacred land of Uttarakhand, India, Kanchan Singh began his lifelong journey with yoga at the age of three. Guided by his father and guru, Swami Shankar Maharaj Puri, Kanchan spent sixteen formative years living in a traditional yoga ashram, where he immersed himself in the rich teachings and disciplined practices that form the foundation of authentic yoga. Complementing this profound early training, Kanchan pursued formal education, earning a degree in Health Education, a Diploma in Hatha Yoga, and completing a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Mysore, India. His commitment to learning has also led him to study with esteemed international yoga masters, continuously broadening his perspective and refining his teaching. What sets Kanchan apart is his ability to translate complex yogic wisdom into simple, accessible practices that resonate with students from all walks of life. He believes that yoga is a living, evolving tradition—one that invites openness, curiosity, and a willingness to learn from many sources. Today, Kanchan shares his knowledge through a wide range of offerings, including daily classes, retreats, teacher training courses, and yoga tours across Nepal’s breathtaking landscapes. His collaborations with global yoga schools further amplify his mission to spread the healing power of yoga worldwide. With warmth, clarity, and humility, Kanchan Singh continues to inspire and empower his students, helping them cultivate balance, vitality, and inner peace both on and off the mat.

Ram Hari Thapa

Chiranjivi Ji

Chiranjivi, is a dedicated yoga educator and holistic healing practitioner from Nepal, known for his rare blending of strong academic foundation and lifelong spiritual practice. Drawn to yoga and spirituality from the age of seven, he was raised in a deeply spiritual family and studied yoga as a formal subject in school during his early years. His father, a respected yoga teacher and his spiritually inclined family shaped his early journey.

Originally preparing for a medical career, a life-changing retreat in Rishikesh redirected his path toward academic yoga studies. Chiranjivi earned his B.Sc. and M.Sc. in yoga science from the University of Patanjali, specializing all the aspects of yoga and meditation few of them include the psychology, therapy, philosophy, ayurveda, naturopathy and complementary healing systems. He has actively participated in international conferences and led various research projects related to yoga and alternative medicine.

Currently, he serves as a Visiting Lecturer at Kathmandu University guiding students in yoga therapy, research and fieldwork placements in diverse settings such as hospitals, rehab centers and old age homes. Beyond academia, Chiranjivi is a certified practitioner in singing bowl healing, tantra-mantra healing therapy, Ayurveda, naturopathy, energy healing and acupressure with clinical experience providing yoga therapy and holistic treatments in hospitals.

A direct student of globally renowned yogis Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna, Chiranjivi continues to explore research in past life studies, consciousness, energy healing and psychology, blending ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic applications.
