This Yoga Style is Dynamic Yoga Practice which is suitable for all levels. We start this class with comfortable sitting posture and try to feel Body, Breath and Mind, class goes with 5 long and deep breath, subtle physical movements, Sun salutation A and B, Standing posture, Sitting postures, twisting, forward bending, back banding, lying down on abdomen and back, finally savanna.
