We start this class with comfortable sitting posture and try to feel Body, Breath and Mind, class goes with 5 long and deep breath, subtle physical movements, Sun salutation A and B, Standing posture, Sitting postures, twisting, forward bending, back banding, lying down on abdomen and back, finally savanna.
