Daily Schedule for Sound Healing
These classes are at our new Sound Healing Hall, as we have 2 Halls now, one for Yoga and Group Sound Healing 7 th floor, and another is specifically for sound healing, which is in 4 th floor.
You can join us as per your choice and need!

7 am – 8:30 am – Special Group Sound Healing for all
Cost Rs 3000/ Person
Includes
Herbal Tea – This is we welcome you with warm herbal tea, especially tulsi tea!
Use of Mats and other props – We provide all props
General sitting warm-up (Yogic warm-up!) – This is 7 – 10 minutes of general introduction of the concept of sound healing and warm-up activity
Pranayamas ( Surya Vedan, Chandra Vedan, and Anulom Vilom ) – This is where we practice 3 types of pranayams ( It is a way to expand the prana, not only breath work out !)
Each Chakra Healing with Bowls ( Sound + Vibration) by Striking and Rubbing the bowls – We create the sound with vibration for a specific Chakra ( Energy center). Sticking the bowl has a feeling of less vibration, and while rubbing the bowls, we feel a more intense vibration
Chakra Beej Mantra Chanting and closing – This is the last segment, where we chant beej mantras for each chakra and end the session with warm Namaste!

This session is especially for couples who want to explore more about themselves, who hold high energy, and if there is an imbalance in relation, then why? How our root and sacral Chakras play a vital role in our personal relationships, if any weakness in relation, then how can we fix it!
