Located on top of the Buddha area, we are lucky to have a beautiful view of the Kapan Monastery and the inspiring Himalayas from our center! Our Retreat place has beautiful and clean rooms, a kitchen, yoga hall with all yoga props. We do Yoga asanas, Pranayama, Philosophy, workshops, meditations, and other events with monks and highly spiritual leaders.

Yoga Weekend Retreats Itinerary
1 night 2 days
Day 1 (Saturday)
10 am – Departure from Patan or Thamel
11 am – Welcome Tea, Introductions, Check-in
12– 1 pm – Meet at Yoga Shala Introduction to the program, breath exercise, and Tratak mediation
1:30 pm – Lunch and Rest
5 pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
7 pm– Dinner
8 pm – Yogic talk
9 pm – Sleep
Day 2 – Sunday
6:30 am – Wake up and Morning walk to Baudha Stupa
7:30 am – Cleansing Nose (Jal Neti) -Optional, Herbal tea
8 am – Hatha Yoga Class
9:30 am – Breakfast
11 am – Departure to The Gumba (Half an hour drive), Sightseeing, Breathing exercise/meditation
1:30 pm – Lunch and rest
4:30 pm – Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
5:30 pm – Departure from Center
