Our Yoga Program
Day 1
2 pm – Check In and Welcome Tea, Program Briefing
4:30 pm – Yoga Class and Sound Therapy
7 pm – Dinner
8:15 pm – Candle meditation/ Bhajan( Satsang)
9 pm – Sleep
Day 2
6:30 am – Wake up, warm water drinking, kunjal Kriya, JalNeti ( Nasal Cleansing)
7:30 am – Hatha Yoga
9 am – Breakfast and free time
11 am – Hiking
1:30 pm – Lunch and Rest
5 pm – Yoga and Sound Healing
6:30 pm – Dinner
7:30 pm – Kritan / candle meditation
9 pm – Sleep
Day 3
6:30 am – Wake Up, Warm water/ herbal tea
7:30 am – Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Mantra Chanting
9 am – Breakfast and free time
11 am – Sound Healing
1:30 pm – Lunch and departure
We are open to all levels and all Year! You can book in advance if you are not in Nepal, and if you are in Nepal, you can visit our city Yoga Studio in Thamel, where we offer daily Yoga Classes and book the space from there!
We are more like a Yoga Ashram where you have disciplined and organized rules to follow, so that your stay with us would make your journey of life beautiful and yogic.
