In our 200 hours of Ashtanga Yoga and Hatha Yoga training, you will learn proper yoga asanas with proper alignment, adjustments, and preparation for the asanas. So, whether you are a beginner and want to start your yogic journey or you are an advanced practictioner both will have an equal opportunity to learn about the effect of Yoga asana in the physical and pranic body. Besides Yoga asana, our team of teachers will helps to know how Yogic life is important.

If you are a student in any school/ university around the world with a valid ID card, you will get 10% discount

If you have been doing volunteering and have already done volunteering in Nepal with a valid experience letter from the organization, you will get 8% discount

If you want to join our YTTC with your family member, you( One of you ) will get 25% discount

If you are in Nepal and have been practicing Yoga in our Yoga Studio in Kathmandu as a member for the last 2 months regularly, you can apply for 10% discount.
